I’m not one to start resolutions in January when the gym is packed. Instead, I take a gradual approach to build consistency. I’ve moved past the “quick fix” mentality that led me to try the keto diet last year, only to complain about it later.
Now, with more experience, I focus on building and maintaining habits that support my health and make life easier and more exciting daily. With a toddler at home, I need to stay in good shape to keep up with him and lift him multiple times a day. So, I decided to learn from women who are already fit. What do they do daily? If you’re unmotivated to exercise, experiment with different classes to find what you enjoy. Create a workout schedule for yourself and change it up when you get bored. No workout plan works forever – you need to adjust and listen to your body.
